INGREDIENTS
Dried tomatoes / fresh peppers
Canned beans
Ketchup
Spinach
Parsley
Toast
Salt
Pepper
Turmeric
Horseradish
Parsley
METHOD
In a pan, fry the garlic in a few drops of olive oil, finely crumble the tofu and fry for a few minutes, then add the spinach, salt, pepper and a little turmeric to colour the tofu yellow. Then add a little oat milk to taste to make the tofu juicier. For freshness, you can add sun-dried tomatoes or fresh peppers. Cook to any texture and garnish with a pinch of fresh parsley and grated horseradish.
Serve with tinned beans and toasted toast and ketchup, if desired.
