Grashka d.o.o. operates an online store offering food and related products (hereinafter: “online store”).

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Grashka online store and define the rights and obligations between the seller (Grashka d.o.o.) and the buyer.

They are prepared in accordance with:

  • the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot),
  • the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR),
  • applicable EU consumer legislation.

By placing an order, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Purchases can be made:

  • as a registered user, or
  • as a guest (registration is not required).

Users may be natural persons or legal entities.

3. PRODUCTS AND NATURE OF THE SERVICE

The online store primarily sells food products, some of which may have:

  • a limited shelf life,
  • specific storage requirements,
  • hygiene-related restrictions on returns.

Certain non-food products (e.g. merchandise) may also be offered.

4. AVAILABILITY OF INFORMATION

The seller commits to providing clear and accessible information about:

  • company identity and contact details,
  • essential characteristics of products,
  • prices (including VAT),
  • delivery methods and costs,
  • payment methods,
  • conditions for withdrawal and complaints.

5. USER ACCOUNT

Registered users create an account using an email address and password.

Users are responsible for keeping login details confidential.

The seller is not responsible for incorrect data entered by the user.

6. ORDERING PROCESS

Orders can be placed 24/7 via the online store.

Before submitting an order, the user can:

  • review selected products,
  • correct quantities,
  • confirm delivery and payment details.

The sales contract is concluded when the seller confirms the order by email.

7. PRICES

All prices are stated in EUR and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.

Delivery costs are shown separately before order confirmation.

Free delivery may apply for orders above a specified value (as stated in the online store).

The seller reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors and cancel orders affected by such errors.

8. PAYMENT METHODS

Available payment methods include:

  • debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro),
  • Apple Pay,
  • Google Pay.

Invoices are issued in electronic form.

9. DELIVERY

Orders are processed on Mondays and Fridays.

Delivery is carried out by Pošta Slovenije unless stated otherwise.

Estimated delivery time is 1–5 business days, depending on location and availability.

Once the order is handed over to the delivery service, the seller is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

10.1 Food products

In accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • food products that are perishable or have a short shelf life,
  • sealed food products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

10.2 Non-food products

For non-food products, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt, without stating a reason.

Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

11. COMPLAINTS AND NON-CONFORMITY

Consumers may submit complaints if products significantly deviate from their description or are defective.

The seller will handle complaints in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

12. DATA PROTECTION

The seller processes personal data solely for the purpose of operating the online store and fulfilling contractual obligations.

Personal data is handled in accordance with GDPR and the applicable Privacy Policy published on the website.

13. COOKIES AND TRACKING

Information about cookies and similar technologies is available in the Cookie Policy published on the website.

14. OUT-OF-COURT DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Grashka d.o.o. does not recognize any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution provider as competent.

15. FINAL PROVISIONS

These Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to the online store operated by Grashka d.o.o.

The seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Changes will be published on the website.
