If you would like to prepare a quick, delicious and popular meal for yourself and your loved ones, this dish is for you. Who could resist spaghetti with a delicious Pate and asparagus.
INGREDIENTS
Asparagus
Spaghetti
Salt
Garlic
Tomato sauce
Vegan parmesan
METHOD
1. Boil the pasta in salted water.
2. Finely chop three cloves of garlic, fry in olive oil, pour over 2 dcl of tomato sauce and add the Pate. Stir well and cook briefly.
3. Blanch the asparagus in salted water for 2 minutes, then place under ice water to prevent them from shriveling.
4. Finally, stir the asparagus into the sauce prepared earlier, add the cooked pasta and serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
