Kale salad with Chiko classic

As one of Grashka's favourites, Chiko classic upgrades even the most neutral vegetable bowl. Roasted or simply 'raw', it goes well in any dish.


INGREDIENTS

Chiko classic

Curly kale

Chinese cabbage

Cucumber

Blackberrys

Cherry tomatoes

Onions

Parsley


DRESSING

Soya yoghurt

Garlic 

Capers 

Mustard 

Lemon juice

Olive oil


METHOD

Arrange the sliced Chinese cabbage, curly kale, cucumber, cherry tomatoes and Chiko classic on a plate and add the blackberries and pour the dressing over them.
