Curly kale
Chinese cabbage
Cucumber
Blackberrys
Cherry tomatoes
Onions
Parsley
DRESSING
Soya yoghurt
Garlic
Capers
Mustard
Lemon juice
Olive oil
METHOD
Arrange the sliced Chinese cabbage, curly kale, cucumber, cherry tomatoes and Chiko classic on a plate and add the blackberries and pour the dressing over them.
