INGRIDIENTS
Butternut squash
Gnocchi
Oat milk
Garlic
Turmeric
Vegetable butter
Ginger
Cayenne pepper

METHOD
1. Cook nutmeg, ginger, garlic, turmeric in sugar-free oat milk and add a little lemon juice at the end.
2. When the vegetables are cooked, add the smoked tofu and vegetable butter, blend everything together until a smooth cream.
3. Cook the gnocchi in salted water until they float to the surface.
4. Wash the cooked gnocchi with water, mix with cream, serve on a plate, add cayenne pepper and fresh parsley at the end.
