Dandelion salad with Chiko

This dandalion salad bowl is enriched with fresh spinach leaves, lamb's lettuce, boiled potatoes and Chiko.


INGREDIENTS

Chiko

Dandelion

Spinach

Lamb's lettuce

Potatoes

Young onions

Pumpkin seed oil

Pumpkin seeds

Dijon mustard

Salt

Pepper

Apple cider vinegar

Garlic clove


DRESSING

Pumpkin seed oil, roasted pumpkin seeds, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, cider vinegar, garlic clove. Mix all ingredients in a blender and adjust the consistency by adding water.


METHOD

Wash the dandelion, spinach and lamb's lettuce and boil the potatoes in their skins. Top the salad mix with the warm potatoes cut into discs and Chiko cut into cubes, add radishes or spring onions for freshness and pour over the dressing.
