2025 Review and Looking Ahead
As 2025 slowly comes to a close, it brings with it a moment to pause, look back, and draw a clear line forward. A moment to reflect on what shaped us, the boundaries we pushed, and the direction we are heading next.
Looking back, we see a year of strengthening foundations, opening international pathways, and deepening the conversation about the future of food. A year that was not just about growth, but about maturation.
Grashka on the international map
One of the most significant milestones of 2025 was our presence at key international trade fairs: Biofach in Nuremberg, Anuga in Cologne, ZeGeVege in Zagreb, and VeganPlanet in Vienna.
These platforms allowed us to present Grashka as a brand and our products to an international audience, build relationships with future business partners, test how our products resonate with the wider European market, and open conversations that will shape the years ahead.
Every fair we attended confirmed the same thing: our way of thinking – and our unique products – have a strong place beyond the borders of our home country.
Product development
2025 was also a year of intensive product development. Among the most notable launches were:
- in May, we introduced a renewed CHIKO, featuring improved texture and ingredients,
- in June, in collaboration with Leone, we developed and launched a chickpea-based ice cream,
- in July, we presented two entirely new products, Mandela and Kojibar, both of which quickly became bestsellers,
- for Grashka Deli, we developed our own ravioli, filled with either Mandela or Koji,
- throughout the year, the Grashka Deli kitchen delighted guests with new seasonal dishes every month.
Each product remains true to our core principle: quality ingredients, thoughtful development, and food that truly makes sense.
An active role in shaping the future of food
At Grashka, we do not want to be mere observers. We aim to be active contributors to change – educating our community about the challenges of today’s food system while offering concrete, sustainable solutions.
On Earth Day, we hosted an event that brought together experts, decision-makers, and practitioners. We see this as an essential part of our role: not only creating products, but co-creating a better food system.

If there is one aspect that truly stood out in 2025, it is our community. Returning customers. People sharing our products. Live conversations – at trade fairs, in our Deli and Bistro – with like-minded individuals.
